As a hip-hop legend, Wiwa is also fully immersed in the world of house music as a DJ. From various pop venues to clubs, student parties, and festivals like Lowlands, Amsterdam Open Air, Rock Werchter and Milkshake, Wiwa has a regular presence. With deep-rooted electronic music influences, he has a penchant for house music. Since 2022, he has started releasing individual tracks aimed at the dance floor, fueled by the desire to party again after two years of lockdown. Armed with new house tracks like “Ey Gap,” “Sutu,” “Hey Bolle,” and “Nachtapotheker,” he can be seen as a DJ at festivals in the Netherlands and Belgium. Alongside his own tracks, Wiwa’s sets include house classics, deep cuts, remixes of relevant hits, and, of course, tracks from “De Jeugd.”
